Our company is located in Bronte, a town on the slopes of Mount Etna, where the green pistachio has become a gastronomic excellence.

We wish to make our confectionery and culinary traditions known, as they are the result of generations of know-how.

The smell of freshly shelled pistachio, its strong flavour and its emerald green colour combine here with Sicily’s long-standing, unique tradition.
Raw materials are crucial in our production decisions. We select our nuts (pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts, and walnuts) from the best producers in the region.
