Raw materials are crucial in our production decisions. We select our nuts (pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts, and walnuts) from the best producers in the region.
Our mission is to carefully choose excellent raw materials, process them in a skilful and respectful manner, with love and care for tradition, and, only after the whole process has been double-checked, offer our products to our customers.
We only select local goods for our artisanal production, both sweet and savoury. We only offer the best to those who love good food and to the sophisticated consumers, too. Pastry chefs and restaurant owners who wish to offer excellent products to their guests will find in us a great partner who is attentive to their needs.
In addition to confectionery products, we also offer raw and semi-finished products, perfect for preparing desserts, gourmet meals, liqueurs, nougats etc.
